• suggest remedial measures with preliminary cost estimation;
• arrange for detailed investigation and testing. For example, Infrared Thermographic Survey to identify and determine the extent of external walls finishes delamination, assist our Client to arrange for Closed Circuit Television of drain to investigate whether presence of defects for underground drainage such as cracks, leakage and blockage;
• provide a critical assessment of the condition of the building and recommend for suitable remedial works; and
• carry out pre-construction and post-construction condition survey on behalf of our Client..
